For the goal that you set you need to evaluate what steps you need to complete this goal. Think about the end result and work backwards to find your start point. This can be organized by date or a bullet point list.
3.Take Action Consistently, Adjust, & Stay Focus
Focus on your goals every day. Create a vision board to help you keep yourself on track. Don’t give up no matter how hard the road feels. Adjust your way of thinking and approaching your new goals.
