As a working mother of 4 it is hard to stay focus. I constantly have to make sure I have all of my task on my calendar by the hour. I have 5 email calendars linked to my iPhone. I create my task as appointments on my calendars. When creating a new appointment I select the email account that I want the task saved under. I have a personal email label as home. My work and my business emails are separate. Organization is key when running a crazy life and growing a business.
