2. Set up your business entity. You can use legalzoom.com and you can go there you can set up your LLC you can use a limited liability company.
3. Design a Logo I recommend Etsy.com , Canva.com , Upwork.com.
4. Set Up a Bank Account Once you get your EIN number which is your employee identification number go to your bank just let them know you're in the health and nutrition business. Don't volunteer any extra information.
5. Apply for a Merchant Account. Be careful when signing up. Don't let them know you sell CBD if you don't have to. Shopify has partnered with third-party payment gateways that support the sale of certain hemp and/or hemp-derived CBD products. The requirements for approval may vary for each gateway. 6. Select a good partner to sell you your CBD products. You can make your own products, private label, and or become an affiliate.
